The producers of Rebel Wilson's movie 'The Deb' initially filed a defamation lawsuit against Wilson on July 12 after she publicly accused them of "bad behavior"

Its been clear for months that Rebel Wilson was going to formally hit back against the litigating producers of her film The Deb with a lawsuit of her own, and now she has. Just over a week after the musical drama had its world debut on the closing night of the 2024 Toronto International Film

The Deb’ producers Amanda Ghost, Gregor Cameron and Vince Holden have filed a complaint for defamation against Rebel Wilson

The lawsuit describes Cameron, Ghost's husband, as her "enforcer," and says that Holden "appears to have been corrupted" by them and subsequently drawn into a "fraudulent scheme to steal money from the film's budget.

Amanda Ghost, Cameron Gregor and Vince Holden previously sued Wilson for defamation over sexual harassment and embezzlement allegations.

Rebel Wilson is responding to allegations from the producers of her directorial debut, "The Deb," after they filed a defamation lawsuit against her.
