Former Lok Sabha MP Arjun Singh alleges attack on his office-cum-residence in West Bengal, sparking political controversy and police investigation.

Former BJP MP Arjun Singh has accused Trinamool Congress ( TMC ) workers of attacking his office in Barrackpore, West Bengal. Singh alleges that during the attack, bombs were thrown, and bullets were fired at his office.

Arjun Singh claimed that police were mere spectators as the assailants brandished firearms openly. "Around 15 bombs were thrown, and more than a dozen rounds were fired by these people," he said.

Police confirmed bombs were thrown, but further investigations are on. ‘Bhatpara TMC leader Namit Singh and his 20-25 companions carried out the attack,’ Arjun Singh alleged.
